Sterling Square (Brooklyn Center) + West Broadway (Brooklyn Park)
$23$25/hr + Bonuses | Full-Time | Start ASAP

What Youll Be Responsible For:
  • Handling service requests and apartment turns across two nearby sites
  • Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances & water heaters
  • Preventative maintenance and building upkeep
  • Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Keeping work areas safe, organized, and efficient
What Gets You Hired Faster:
  • Apartment, facilities, hotel, or residential maintenance experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • HVAC experience strongly valued
  • Boiler/CPO certifications are a plus (not required)
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
About the Role:
Youll split time between:
  • Sterling Square Brooklyn Center (54 units)
  • West Broadway Brooklyn Park (59 units)
  • On-Call Typically 1 Week every 6-7 Weeks from Friday morning to Friday morning
