HR Benefits Specialist at DGI - Menard INC – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Setting up new hire profiles in the Common People Directory (CPD).
• Administering Open Enrollment for all employees
• Completing annual 401K Reporting

• Census Reporting
• 401K Audit
• True-up for employer matching

• Assisting Payroll with managing employee 401K loans
• Completing FSA Testing before year end
• Administering the Schneider Downs Profit Sharing Plan

• Helping employees access their accounts
• Approving distributions from the plan

• Assisting with the Profit Sharing Census and Audit
• Assisting with FMLAand short-term disability and long-term disability programs
• Monthly review of BCC health insurance bills, company directory and SFIT billing.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal,verbal,and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Strong willingness to learn and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and related experience a plus. Relevant HR certification through SHRM or HRCI desired, or willingness to become certified.
