Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned enterprise accounts, leading solution discovery, designing architectures, and delivering demonstrations that translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis to uncover customer pain points, going beyond basic requirements to ensure the full team operates with shared insight.
- Design and present comprehensive solutions across product portfolios, including authentication systems, enterprise integrations, and AI-driven knowledge workflows.
- Partner with sales, professional services, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless handoffs, adoption, and expansion.
- Develop reusable technical assets, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials to strengthen team effectiveness.
- 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting) supporting enterprise SaaS accounts.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with six- and seven-figure contract values.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and developer tool ecosystems (Slack, Teams, GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows for developers, including copilots, RAG, and knowledge-grounded systems.
- Ability to build, showcase, and explain developer workflows and technical KPIs that resonate with engineering leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, consultative mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment.
- Preferred: experience with developer tools, knowledge management platforms, technical documentation strategy, or LLM deployment.
- Competitive base salary with OTE up to $240K (75% base / 25% variable).
