You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, developing relationships with senior marketing stakeholders and delivering integrated print, digital, and demand-generation solutions. The position requires strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and the ability to translate complex client needs into tailored campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, while managing ambitious revenue targets and growing long-term account value. Accountabilities:- Drive new business revenue by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing complex, multi-product solutions
- Build and manage relationships with senior marketing decision-makers from a cold start to long-term partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle, including opportunity creation, proposal development, forecasting, and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Content, Project Management, Client Services, and Revenue Operations to deliver campaigns successfully
- Develop insight-led sales narratives tailored to client needs and B2B marketing challenges
- Monitor and report on key KPIs, including revenue, opportunity pipeline, account progression, and client engagement
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and deepen engagement through consultative account development
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in media sales, B2B marketing solutions, or integrated marketing services
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing enterprise-level deals
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, campaign planning, and performance measurement
- Skilled in consultative selling, able to uncover client challenges and position appropriate solutions
- Experience managing high-value contracts and complex sales negotiations
- Proficiency in sales technology tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ambitious, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
