We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plumbing Service Manager to lead our Plumbing Service Department with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional plumbing services while meeting company sales and budgetary goals. He or she will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, dispatching, training, safety compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will use your leadership skills to inspire your team of technicians and service advisors to deliver excellent customer service along with promoting a positive experience for every customer. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier plumbing solutions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Requirements:Required Skills & Qualifications
Expertise: 10+ Years of plumbing experience, requiring 2-3 years in a plumbing supervisory or management role.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, repair and relevant building codes.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead a team, solve problems and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Computer Skills: Proficient in scheduling software, preferably Service Titan, email and Microsoft Office.
Communication: Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
Service Titan: Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus.
Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Business: Reading and understanding of KPI's and P&L reporting.
Culture: Understanding and working in a team environment.
Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution, time management, and the ability to motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Must speak fluent English.
