• Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable.
• Work with the Regional Manager on integrating all major operating functions within the community (leasing and maintenance).
• Conduct and participate in weekly Level10 Meetings to review all scorecard data to ensure successful operations.
• Review monthly financial statements with the Regional Manager to identify areas of opportunity and weaknesses.
• Obsession with values, focus, and clarity.

• Help achieve weekly occupancy goals of 95%+
• Obtain a renewal retention rate of 80%+
• Meet the property’s budgeted NOI.
