This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, reporting, and client delivery within a healthcare-focused research environment. You will be responsible for transforming complex survey and research data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards and visualization tools. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client deliverables in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality reporting outputs that support strategic decision-making. • Review client requirements and materials thoroughly, raising timely queries and ensuring accurate interpretation of reporting needs.
• Develop and deliver interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Forsta Viz or equivalent platforms.
• Perform data manipulation and transformation to support advanced analytics and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure end-to-end project execution in coordination with internal operations and client stakeholders, maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and enhancing analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to share insights, track progress, and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and delivery performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Solid problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Forsta Viz or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Coding experience in any programming language is an advantage.
• Exposure to market research or healthcare survey data is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work US Eastern shift hours.
