Accountabilities
  • Own product communications across defined categories, ensuring business impact including awareness, trust, and adoption.
  • Influence product positioning and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead media strategy and execution for high-priority product initiatives.
  • Drive product visibility through influential media channels and key events.
  • Ensure consistency in communication narratives both internally and externally.
  • Represent the brand directly with media and key stakeholders.
  • Develop thought leadership initiatives across healthcare communities.
  • Manage new category expansion communications in emerging health areas.
  • Handle issue management and risk assessment for product-related situations.
  • Translate complex clinical information into clear messaging.
  • Design integrated communication campaigns measuring performance impact.
  • Evaluate results to refine communication strategies.
  • Coordinate planning and execution discipline within your scope.
  • Work collaboratively on communication strategies related to product and category issues.
Requirements
  • 1012+ years of experience in product or consumer communications.
  • Strong understanding of DTC product-led businesses.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve team performance.
  • Proven track record in managing high-responsibility areas.
  • Strong earned media experience with proven storytelling skills.
  • Experience across media, influencer, and event communications.
  • Background in consumer health or industries with regulatory complexities.
  • Ability to translate product benefits into compelling messaging.
  • Experience leading issue management in dynamic environments.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring success and performance.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelors degree required.
