· Model scenarios to forecast the financial and operational impact of proposed changes prior to implementation.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for commission-related changes, coordinating with stakeholders to confirm acceptance criteria are met.

· Perform post-deployment validation to verify production results align with approved release expectations.

· Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies between expected and actual commission outputs with appropriate urgency and rigor.

Change & Release Management

· Prepare and submit commission-related Emergency and Standard Change Requests (CAB) in accordance with IT governance processes.

· Coordinate approvals, supporting documentation, and release readiness reviews with IT leadership and relevant stakeholders.

· Support production releases for commission-related changes, including pre-release checklists, go/no-go decisions, and rollback planning.

· Monitor post-release commission runs and escalate issues requiring immediate correction or rollback.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, IT, Finance, Sales Operations, and external commission vendors (including Exigo) for all commission-related matters.

· Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and status meetings related to commissions and compensation systems.

· Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure commission plan configurations meet regional regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with the Distributor Experience Product team to align commission system capabilities with distributor-facing features and tools.

· Documentation & Knowledge Management

· Maintain commission roadmaps, change trackers, test logs, and support documentation to ensure transparency and auditability.

· Contribute to and maintain operational runbooks, commission logic documentation, and system configuration references.

· Provide institutional knowledge continuity for commission systems, including plan history, configuration decisions, and known edge cases.

· Document testing outcomes, validation results, and release notes for commission changes in a clear and reproducible format.

· Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members working within commission systems.
