Maintenance Technician at CMG Holdings Corporate – Plano, Texas

Are you a reliable, hands-on team player who enjoys variety and takes pride in your work? American Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and help keep our community running smoothly.

In this role, you will assist with unit turns, perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, and appliances—and help maintain the overall appearance of the community through grounds care and exterior upkeep. This position is ideal for someone with solid maintenance fundamentals who is ready to grow beyond make-readies and gain broader hands-on experience, even if you do not yet have HVAC or advanced technical expertise.
