As part of our BSc programs, we are seeking a Professor in Innovation Management to teach and mentor students in understanding how organizations develop, manage, and implement innovative strategies in rapidly evolving markets, including innovation processes, design thinking, business model innovation, disruptive technologies, and corporate entrepreneurship

The successful candidate will guide students in connecting theoretical frameworks with real-world innovation practices, helping them develop problem-solving, creative thinking, and entrepreneurial skills.

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops on innovation management, business strategy, and organizational change (36 teaching hours in presence at the H-Farm Campus)
• Integrate real-world case studies, innovation projects, and industry insights into teaching
• Mentor students in project-based learning and entrepreneurial initiatives
• Support students in developing analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills
• Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and innovation in teaching methods
• Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching materials, course content, and assessment methods

• B2/C1 level of English (teaching language)
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Innovation Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of innovation frameworks, business strategy, and organizational change
• Experience in teaching at university level (preferred)
• Professional experience in innovation, consulting, or corporate strategy is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and mentoring skills
• Passion for inspiring students to apply innovative thinking in business contexts
