This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution, turning complex datasets into clear insights that shape sales performance and growth strategy. You will partner closely with senior Sales leadership to answer high-impact business questions, define meaningful KPIs, and uncover opportunities to improve pipeline, retention, and revenue outcomes. Operating in a highly collaborative and analytics-driven environment, you will lead deep-dive analyses, design scalable reporting solutions, and communicate findings that directly influence executive decisions. You will also play a key role in improving operational processes such as territory planning and sales forecasting. This is a high-visibility position where your insights will directly impact commercial strategy and organizational performance. In addition, you will mentor junior analysts and help elevate analytical capabilities across the team.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will act as a strategic analytics partner to Sales and Revenue leadership, delivering insights that drive better decision-making and improved business performance.

  • Partner with Sales leaders to define key business questions, challenges, and analytical priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including KPI development, deep-dive analysis, and insight generation.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools to communicate findings to executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations that improve sales performance, pipeline growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic planning processes such as territory design, quota planning, and compensation analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable analytical solutions across the GTM organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, contributing to team development and analytical best practices.
Requirements

This role requires strong analytical expertise, deep experience in SaaS revenue environments, and the ability to translate data into strategic business impact.

  • 5+ years of experience in a data or analytics role with increasing responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as business, economics, statistics, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Strong experience in SaaS or Cloud go-to-market environments.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong statistical knowledge, including experience with time series, cluster, or multivariate analysis.
  • Proven ability to present complex insights clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to revenue and operational outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is highly valued.
