You will lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, guiding customers from discovery through design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Acting as the technical authority on projects, you will ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with AI specialists, product teams, and Salesforce stakeholders to deliver innovative, future-ready architectures. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce technologies, including AI-driven capabilities and advanced automation. You will also play a key role in mentoring teams and shaping best practices across delivery engagements. This is a highly visible role combining technical depth, leadership, and customer impact.

Accountabilities

You will lead Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations end-to-end, working directly with customers to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and oversee delivery from architecture through launch. You will ensure that solutions are properly configured, tested, and optimized for performance, scalability, and business alignment.

  • Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand sales processes and translate them into Salesforce solution requirements
  • Design and architect scalable Sales Cloud solutions aligned with enterprise business needs
  • Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flow, Process automation, and related platform capabilities
  • Oversee full implementation lifecycle including design, development coordination, QA, and deployment
  • Partner with AI and technical teams to build innovative Salesforce-powered solutions
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, release management, and deployment governance
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, and proposal development
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide architectural guidance across delivery teams
  • Act as a key liaison with Salesforce to influence solution approaches and product alignment
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise combined with strong client-facing consulting experience and the ability to lead complex enterprise implementations. You should be comfortable operating as both a hands-on architect and a strategic advisor.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in development, configuration, or architecture roles
  • 10+ Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations delivered successfully
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud architecture and Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and related automation features
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, sales operations, and enterprise business workflows
  • Experience across full delivery lifecycle including discovery, design, implementation, and deployment
  • Knowledge of release management, SDLC, and deployment best practices
  • Client-facing experience in consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior Salesforce professionals
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, or related) are a plus
  • Strong adaptability, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
