In this role, you will be a key contributor to our team, utilizing your creative expertise to develop engaging graphics that reflect our brand's values. Your designs will play a significant role in communicating key messages across various platforms, encompassing everything from marketing materials to digital assets. Collaborating closely with multiple teams, you will ensure that all visual communications are of the highest standard and resonate with our target audience.
Accountabilities- Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand across various platforms, including digital and print.
- Marketing Collateral: Design eye-catching and effective marketing materials such as store signage, direct mail pieces, social media content, display ads, and web banners.
- Digital Assets: Design engaging and user-friendly graphics for our website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
- Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that support company goals and enhance customer experience.
- Quality Control: Ensure all designs are of the highest quality and align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the DTC, consumer goods or pet care industry.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and ability to produce high-quality work across different mediums.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
