What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems and components
• Perform work on panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, switches, and wiring
• Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes
• Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and safely
• Educate homeowners on electrical safety and system improvements
• Identify opportunities for upgrades (panel replacements, surge protection, EV chargers, etc.)
• Provide clear estimates and present solutions to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call
• Complete detailed service reports using mobile tools/software

   Requirements:

• 1–3 years of residential electrical experience (service preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
