As a Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in fueling that mission by driving new patient acquisition and membership growth across EPIC Health and its family of brands.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on performance, experimentation, and measurable results. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy to execution to optimization—continuously improving performance across channels and funnels.

What You’ll DoPerformance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, email, SMS, and landing pages.
- Drive new patient acquisition and membership growth across EPIC Health, Exodus, and PATHS.
- Launch campaigns quickly and iterate based on real-time performance data.
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize end-to-end conversion funnels (ad → landing page → call center → booked appointment/subscription).
- Identify drop-off points and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage.
- Partner with call center and operations teams to improve lead handling and conversion outcomes.
- Own and track key growth metrics including:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion rates
- Patient/member volume
- Use data and analytics tools to generate insights and drive decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Run continuous A/B tests on audiences, creative, messaging, and offers.
- Rapidly iterate to identify winning strategies and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Develop hypotheses and validate them through structured experimentation.
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
- Collaborate with operations and call center teams to align marketing efforts with clinic capacity and patient experience.
- Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and real-world conversion performance.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Explore emerging platforms, partnerships, and tactics to expand reach.
- Recommend strategies to improve scalability and efficiency across campaigns.
What You BringRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition results (leads, patients, subscribers, etc.)
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Go High Level or similar)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution tools)
- Landing page builders and conversion tracking tools
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Experience in healthcare, multi-location businesses, or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with call center-driven conversion models
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-market campaigns
- Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
