Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital presses while ensuring consistent print quality, efficiency, and adherence to production standards.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 1:30 p.m. – midnight
Monday – Thursday

Air-conditioned press room

Key Responsibilities

• Operate HP Indigo digital press equipment (WS 6900 platform)
• Set up jobs and ensure proper color matching and print quality
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to maintain press performance
• Monitor production output and identify quality issues early
• Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules
• Conduct quality inspections throughout production runs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience operating HP Indigo or similar digital press equipment preferred
• Background in digital print production or conventional press operations
• Understanding of prepress fundamentals
• Basic computer skills and aptitude
• Knowledge of color theory and color matching
• HP Indigo certification preferred

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Regular standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs
• Exposure to the production environment, including machinery, dust, and noise
• Ability to work overtime as business needs require
