STARTING PAY: $16–$17/HR + INCENTIVES (DISCUSSED DURING INTERVIEW)

NexGreen Lawn Care is hiring a Field Tech Assistant to support our lawn care crews in Sterling Heights, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive company vehicles to transport crews and equipment to job sites
• Assist technicians with aeration, fertilization, and general lawn care support
• Load/unload equipment and keep trucks organized for daily routes
• Help crews stay on schedule and operate efficiently
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, professional work environment

• Landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving company vehicles and transporting crews/equipment
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong communication skills to work with team members and support daily operations
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 35–80 lbs regularly and handle physical job duties
