Job description:

We are looking to fill a full-time intake specialist position. This position involves speaking with new potential clients, who are seeking legal representation and evaluating the quality of their case. An intake specialist receives and qualifies new and prospective clients for multiple brands within our law firm both on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is hard working, organized, self-motivated, and patient. Strong communication skills are also essential. Preference for candidates who have a production producing background in sales or other qualifying customer service attributes. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Manage the processes of onboarding new clients.
