Job Title: QA Technician (1st & 3rd Shift)

Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $20.75/hour
• 3rd Shift: $21.25/hour

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable QA Technicians to support food production operations on both 1st and 3rd shifts. This role is critical in ensuring all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Perform quality checks on raw ingredients, in-process production, and finished products
• Monitor and enforce GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards
• Conduct inspections for weight, appearance, packaging, and labeling accuracy
• Document findings and report any non-conformances or quality issues
• Assist in maintaining compliance with FDA and USDA regulations
• Work closely with production and sanitation teams to resolve quality concerns
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all times

• Previous QA experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight if needed]

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
• Must follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols
• Hair net, gloves, and appropriate PPE required on the production floor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
