Accountabilities:

  • Establish and chair the Architecture Review Board, ensuring alignment between system design decisions and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Design and govern integration and data architecture patterns, including API-first strategies, system-of-record definitions, and data flow frameworks.
  • Develop and execute a unified automation strategy across AI, RPA, and integration technologies, including tool rationalization and decision frameworks.
  • Partner with data governance and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant system integration approaches.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce shadow IT, eliminate redundant tools, and optimize enterprise application portfolios.
  • Ensure architecture compliance with SOX, security, and internal control requirements while maintaining operational agility.
  • Align system roadmaps with enterprise priorities and provide technical leadership across integration, RPA, and automation teams.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to elevate architectural maturity and execution consistency across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture leadership within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong background in designing and governing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, billing, CPQ, and financial platforms.
  • Deep technical expertise in integration architecture, API design, microservices, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience leading architecture governance bodies such as Architecture Review Boards.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies including AI-driven workflows, RPA platforms, and integration tools.
  • Strong ability to reduce shadow IT through governance frameworks and portfolio rationalization.
  • Solid understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and secure enterprise system design.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and translate technical concepts into business impact.
  • Experience working in distributed, fast-paced, and globally scaled technology environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with a range of approximately $153,000 to $287,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Equity compensation and employee stock purchase plan eligibility.
  • Flexible paid time off and company holidays.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Parental leave and family support benefits.
  • Growth and development fund for professional learning and career advancement.
  • Home office support for remote work setup.
  • Employee resource groups and inclusive community programs.
  • Performance-based compensation opportunities for eligible roles.
  • Global, remote-first work environment with flexible collaboration practices.
