This role sits at the intersection of banking operations, technology, and client implementation, leading complex currency processing solution deployments for commercial clients. You will manage end-to-end conversion projects that enable customers to adopt smart safe, cash handling, and treasury management solutions effectively and efficiently. Acting as both a technical consultant and project leader, you will ensure seamless integration of systems, hardware, and operational workflows. The position requires close collaboration with sales, product, vendors, and client stakeholders to design and execute high-impact implementations. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, risk-aware execution, and measurable client value through structured deployments and process improvements. This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-paced financial services environment where precision, coordination, and customer experience are critical.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and conversion projects for currency processing solutions across client environments
- Partner with sales teams to develop ROI models, business cases, and solution justification materials
- Conduct time-and-motion studies and operational assessments to support client solution design
- Coordinate project execution across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments
- Define pilot program structure, success metrics, and transition criteria for production rollout
- Oversee installation planning, site readiness, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities
- Support clients in adapting cash handling workflows and operational procedures to integrate new solutions
- Perform post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement follow-up
- Document and maintain standardized conversion procedures and implementation guidelines
- 7–10+ years of experience in store operations, industrial engineering, or related operational/technical roles
- 4–5+ years of experience in conversion, implementation, or project coordination roles within currency processing or similar environments
- Strong understanding of smart safes, cash management, treasury services, and working capital solutions
- Proven project management skills with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and translate findings into structured implementation plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
