Who We Are

We are an elite oral surgery organization committed to delivering exceptional care for our patients and first‑class service to our referring doctors. Our practices are built on professionalism, compassion, and clear communication, and our centralized Practice Ambassador team plays a critical role in supporting our patients and the communities we serve.

We are looking for a fun, hardworking, compassionate team player to help support and grow our practices while continuing to serve their surrounding communities with all of their oral surgery needs. As a Practice Ambassador, you serve as the first impression in our patient’s experience by providing remarkable customer service. While this role is remote, you represent the practice as if you were sitting at the front desk – delivering a warm, confident, and professional experience through every phone call and electronic interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a call‑center‑style environment, enjoys high‑volume phone work, and takes pride in delivering patient‑centric service with efficiency and accuracy. Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide concierge‑level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone or via electronic communication
  • Answer the phone promptly with a positive, professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments for multiple practices based on each doctor’s preferences
  • Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and effective use of exam and treatment rooms
  • Make outbound calls to patients being referred for procedures
  • Manage patient calls related to post‑operative and billing questions
  • Maintain professional relationships with referring offices
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, scheduling, or healthcare preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a high‑volume, phone‑focused environment
  • Friendly, professional phone presence with strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with accurate data entry and documentation habits
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow structured workflows
  • Calm, empathetic approach when supporting patients and families
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
  • Dental or healthcare experience a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

What We Offer

We are committed to supporting your personal and professional well‑being with a competitive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive pay with bonus potential and annual merit reviews
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with HDHP options
  • PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, and Paid Parental Leave
  • Short‑ and Long‑Term Disability
  • 401(k) Plan with Company Match
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, marital status, sex, age, national origin, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or protected veteran status.
