About This Position
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Full-Time Sushi Chef to join our culinary team at Lola 42 Boston. If you have experience with sushi preparation, a sharp eye for detail, and love working in a high-energy environment, we’d love to meet you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with sushi prep (rolling, slicing, plating)
- Knowledge of proper fish handling and knife skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
