What Youll Be Doing:
  • Complete resident work orders & apartment turns
  • Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
  • Interior & exterior painting and light carpentry
  • Preventative maintenance tasks & grounds upkeep
  • Keep maintenance shop organized and safe
  • Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 7 weeks)
What Were Looking For:
  • 1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
    • Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures)
    • Electrical (outlets, switches, lights)
    • Appliance repair (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, etc.)
    • Gas and electric water heaters
  • EPA, HVAC, or CPO certificationa plus
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation REQUIRED
  • Ability to work MondayFriday (8:00am4:30pm) with on-call responsibilities
