Responsibilities

Design Engineers – design, build, test-run, and debug custom made production equipment and processes for manufacturing Polyethylene and Polypropylene corrugated pipes.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Support Domestic and International Manufacturing Operations.
• Design, Build, manage new equipment for Pipe Manufacturing.
• Develop improvement to pipe manufacturing process.
• Design New products and make improvements to existing.
• Working to ensure manufacturing is completed in a timely manor.
• Participate in process improvement efforts that can involve improving
  existing machine designs.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Inventor, AutoCad, Word, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook.
• Compuplast software experience a plus.
• BS mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Polymer rheology.
• Preferred 3-10 years engineering experience.
• Proven track record of designing and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in our manufacturing environment.
• Up to 25% travel in the US and Canada
