You will lead strategic engagements that shape how global pharma and biotech organizations design, implement, and optimize compensation and sales performance models. The position plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, and commercial operations teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, insight-led solutions. The environment is highly client-facing, analytical, and consulting-driven, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a leadership role where your expertise directly influences revenue growth, sales productivity, and commercial transformation outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end client engagements focused on incentive compensation design, implementation, and optimization, ensuring alignment with broader commercial and business objectives.
  • Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives including call planning, targeting, sales alignment, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Commercial Operations to design and implement scalable compensation and analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic oversight on IC modeling, payout structures, goal setting, and quarterly sales alignment processes.
  • Oversee deployment and optimization of analytics and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Veeva, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx to enhance operational performance.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop project teams while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and thought leadership in incentive compensation and sales effectiveness methodologies.
Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting or commercial operations, with strong expertise in incentive compensation and sales force effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, field force structures, and IC design frameworks.
  • Experience working with CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or Excel.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize sales compensation plans, targeting strategies, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Commercial Operations functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and delivering multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and scalable solutions.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field preferred.
