Job Summary:
Richard Franzblau LLC is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Online Front Office Chat Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients through digital communication channels. In this role, you will provide real-time support, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience-all while maintaining the professionalism and standards of a front office environment in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
      • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, messaging platforms, and email
      • Serve as the virtual "front desk," greeting clients and directing them to appropriate departments or resources
      • Provide accurate information about services, processes, and company offerings
      • Schedule appointments and manage calendars when needed
      • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in CRM systems
      • Resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team members

Qualifications:
