Job Skills / Requirements

Position Details:

Holland Building Services is seeking an individual who is comfortable working outdoors. This person will clean window glass, gutters, etc. at commercial and residential locations, including office buildings and industrial sites. Job duties regularly include working on a ladder for up to two stories and the occasional use of aerial lifts. Must be available for occasional evening shifts

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7am start time.

Hours: 40 hours per week

• Be comfortable traveling to areas of town, including Maumee, Perrysburg, Oregon, Sylvania and the different ends of Toledo.

• Be punctual & dependable

• Be comfortable working alone or with others

Physical Demands:

• Continual standing and walking during the shift

• Climbing, kneeling and crouching during the shift

• Lift up to 50lbs
