This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across a fast-growing business unit. The Director will partner closely with senior leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, and establish scalable processes that support growth and efficiency. This position combines strategy, execution, and program management, requiring the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and influence without direct authority. The role oversees key operating rhythms, supports performance tracking, and drives alignment across teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-priority projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
- Lead and manage core operating rhythms, including monthly business reviews and annual planning cycles, to drive accountability, alignment, and data-driven decision-making
- Own and execute high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring clarity, coordination, and timely delivery
- Partner with functional leaders to identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities and drive adoption of new processes
- Operate across diverse problem types, from strategic planning and analytics to execution of complex business operations programs
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and partner integration efforts, guiding cross-functional alignment and execution
- Bring structure to ambiguous areas and under-owned initiatives, defining approaches and delivering outcomes
- Establish scalable processes for performance tracking, escalation, and prioritization to support organizational growth
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or related fields, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
- Strong program and project management skills, capable of moving work from concept to delivery
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity
- Clear and concise communicator, able to synthesize complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and hands-on, with a bias toward action and efficient execution
- Experience in scaling business operations and driving operational improvements across diverse functions
