This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, mission-driven cybersecurity environment. You will manage a team of offensive security engineers, ensuring the highest standards of technical delivery across red team, application, and cloud security engagements. The role combines hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and client-facing responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to influence both team performance and customer outcomes. You will drive process improvements, implement AI-driven workflows, and establish scalable methodologies that enhance team efficiency and engagement quality. • Lead, develop, and retain a team of up to 10 offensive security engineers, setting expectations, removing blockers, and fostering a high-performance culture
• Maintain delivery quality and technical precision across all engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent execution standards
• Drive team performance against key objectives, including utilization, gross margin, NPS, and career development outcomes
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to integrate real-world offensive findings into platform capabilities
• Identify opportunities to standardize delivery, improve engagement methodologies, and scale throughput without compromising quality
• Champion AI adoption and automation within team workflows to increase efficiency and delivery capacity
• Support business development efforts by engaging with clients and acting as a credible technical leader in front of CISOs and other security executives

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years managing technical teams in consulting or managed services
• Hands-on offensive security expertise, including red teaming, application security, or cloud security
• Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, including CISOs and VPs, and deliver client-facing presentations
• Strong operational skills, including project management, tactical execution, and team oversight in ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, CTEM frameworks, software security maturity models (OpenSAMM, BSIMM, SDL), agile practices, and modern cloud architectures is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business preferred
