As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for driving growth and building deep, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients. You will engage with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders alike, translating complex technology solutions into tangible business value. This role requires a strategic mindset, a collaborative approach, and the ability to navigate large, complex sales cycles while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies, partner engagement, and account development, ensuring both revenue growth and customer success. The position offers significant autonomy, the opportunity to influence high-impact deals, and frequent interaction with senior decision-makers. Success in this role directly contributes to expanding the reach and impact of the technology solutions within strategic accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise accounts, including C-suite and technical stakeholders
- Lead complex, multi-faceted sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing, partner, and internal sales teams to align account strategies and optimize pipeline development
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and executive briefings to showcase technology solutions and business value
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records, ensuring strong pipeline management and data integrity
- Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and partners as needed
Requirements:
- Proven track record of enterprise software sales, consistently exceeding quota with large and complex transactions
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Ability to develop and nurture partner ecosystems to drive a partner-centric go-to-market strategy
- Strong team collaboration skills, leveraging virtual and cross-functional resources to execute on strategic accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment
