This executive-level role is designed for a strategic leader who can drive complex, global programs for high-impact clients in a fast-evolving, science-driven environment. You will act as the central orchestrator, aligning cross-functional teams, sites, and stakeholders to deliver seamless execution and exceptional customer outcomes. With full ownership of program strategy, performance, and financials, you will transform complexity into clear, actionable plans. The position combines leadership, operational excellence, and client engagement at the highest level. You will also play a key role in shaping long-term partnerships and supporting business growth initiatives. • Lead and develop global, cross-functional program teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance across regions
• Serve as the primary executive contact for key clients, building trusted relationships and aligning program outcomes with strategic objectives
• Own financial performance of programs, including budget management, margin optimization, cash flow, and contract negotiations
• Define and execute long-term program strategies, including roadmaps, resource planning, and portfolio governance
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technical, regulatory, operational, and commercial domains
• Oversee program execution, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met with high quality and reliability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting operational excellence through standardization and best practices
• Mentor and develop program management talent, strengthening team capabilities and succession planning
• Support business development efforts, contributing to proposals, solution design, and strategic deal positioning
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and prioritization

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years leading complex global programs or portfolios
• Strong background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO industry, ideally within biologics or advanced therapies
• Proven experience managing global client relationships and delivering large-scale, high-impact programs
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and coaching global, virtual teams
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, margin management, and contract negotiation
• Experience in program governance, risk management, and strategic planning
• Familiarity with GMP environments, tech transfer processes, and biologics manufacturing is a plus
• Certification such as PMP or PgMP is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences
