This role is a senior marketing leadership position responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing strategy to drive measurable business impact. The Marketing Director oversees a multi-country team, ensuring alignment between regional priorities and global marketing initiatives. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence, managing vendor and partner engagement, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue. This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and fostering a high-performing team culture. The Marketing Director will leverage digital, social, and event-based strategies to grow brand awareness and partner adoption, while ensuring alignment with corporate governance and brand guidelines. This is a remote-friendly role within the U.S., with occasional business travel.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy in alignment with business priorities and global marketing vision
- Collaborate with vendor management teams to support multi-vendor campaigns, maximize marketing development funds (MDF), and drive joint business opportunities
- Plan and oversee integrated demand generation campaigns, digital marketing programs, events, and PR initiatives
- Localize global campaigns for regional markets, ensuring relevance and compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines
- Track and optimize marketing ROI, campaign performance, partner adoption, and pipeline influence
- Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and contribute to regional and global strategic planning
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology distribution environments
- Experience leading multi-country marketing teams and managing cross-functional, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for end-customers and partners, including digital, demand generation, events, and PR
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution discipline and measurable business impact
- Experience managing budgets, ROI tracking, performance analytics, and MDF governance
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and seniority levels
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
