This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned enterprise sales professional to drive growth within complex software environments. You will manage relationships with senior IT and business leaders, creating long-term partnerships and strategically positioning solutions to deliver measurable business value. The position focuses on generating new enterprise deals, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal and partner teams to maximize success. You will leverage expertise in enterprise software sales, solution selling, and deal qualification frameworks to influence multiple stakeholders and close high-value opportunities. This role is fast-paced, high-impact, and offers autonomy while contributing directly to organizational growth.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, engineers, and senior IT and business stakeholders to establish trust and long-term partnerships
- Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities using the MEDDPICC deal qualification framework
- Proactively research, network, and prospect top enterprise accounts within your assigned territory
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, cross-selling solutions and driving enterprise growth
- Present and demonstrate value propositions and software solutions to prospective customers
- Collaborate with regional system integrators, cloud providers (AWS, GCP), and internal teams to ensure successful solution adoption
- Track opportunities and forecast revenue accurately using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales platforms
- 8–10+ years of enterprise IT or software sales experience in the United States
- Experience selling DevOps-related software, Java middleware, or open source software solutions preferred
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with demonstrable ROI/TCO justification
- Strong familiarity with MEDDPICC framework and other structured deal qualification methods
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to influence and command respect across the organization
- Experience using Salesforce.com and related sales tools (SalesLoft, 6sense, etc.)
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales goals and targets
