This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful impact in the health and wellbeing space by managing key Health Plan accounts and expanding revenue opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep domain knowledge and strategic insight to align solutions with client objectives. This position combines relationship management, consultative selling, and data-driven strategy to optimize client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will collaborate across internal teams, lead complex renewals and expansions, and influence client outcomes while contributing to organizational revenue goals. - Build strong relationships and establish credibility with client stakeholders across all organizational levels, serving as the trusted point of contact for Health Plan accounts
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and regulatory considerations to create actionable, client-specific strategic plans that drive retention, satisfaction, and ROI
- Manage renewal and expansion processes, including Salesforce pipeline management, RFP responses, negotiations, and contract oversight
- Deliver executive presentations, business reviews, and insights based on client data to inform strategy, health claims, and future planning
- Ensure all client contractual obligations are met, monitoring risks and proactively addressing any concerns
- Communicate client feedback, status updates, and strategic plans to internal leadership and cross-functional teams
- Drive revenue growth by expanding lines of business and identifying new opportunities aligned with client needs
- 8+ years of sales or account management experience within the health industry, including wellbeing, population health, digital health, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded business, and health plan strategies
- Proven expertise in consultative selling, account service, and client relationship management
- Experience handling complex renewals and expansion opportunities while achieving measurable growth
- Analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence to influence stakeholders and lead presentations
- Adaptable problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex client environments
- Competitive base salary of $105,000–$125,000 (location-dependent)
