One of the Area's largest Home Improvement companies is now aggressively expanding, creating a significant need for additional talent within our management team. We're seeking natural leaders locally to join our team, learn our Industry over the next 6 months - Does this describe you?

The ideal personality type for this critical management role will be on that is noticeably bold, type "A" and especially dynamic. This person will have a solid history of impactful decision making and offers a results-oriented approach to leading, managing, and directing others.

You bring the talent - our existing Corporate structure of highly effective lead generation, sales methods and management training will provide you with the platform you need to take your career to the next level.

Income Expectation: $150,000 - $250,000

Requirements: Skills and Abilities

• Ability to effectively influence and persuade others
• College Education, A Plus
• Management experience with proven track record of meeting objectives
• Ability to execute plans and strategies and follow-through
• Willingness to build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful sales team
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Oversee, collaborate and facilitate relationships with various department managers. Ie. Installation, Marketing and on-site Administration
• Support Sales staff by continually coaching, motivating, and training
• Observe sales reps and give concise feedback for continuous improvement
• Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance
