About This Position
About Sanctum Health Partners
Sanctum Health Partners is building one of the most ambitious pediatric therapy organizations in Texas, providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children across home health, clinic, and teletherapy settings throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
Our goal is not only to deliver exceptional care to families, but to build the best possible environment for therapists to do their work. Everything we build - systems, processes, technology, and operations - is designed to give our clinicians the strongest support structure anywhere in the industry.
Sanctum moves quickly and expects people to take ownership. We look for people who are curious, driven, and comfortable pushing themselves to think harder and work harder than the average person.
Each year, Sanctum selects a small cohort of Emerging Leaders Associates to join the organization and develop into the next generation of operational and strategic leaders within the company.
This program is best suited for people who take initiative, seek out difficult problems to solve, and want to grow faster than traditional early‑career roles typically allow.

Associates contribute to initiatives that improve patient access, strengthen operational performance, and support the continued growth of the organization.
