The Director of Hartley oversees the day-to-day operations of the residential site, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents. This role is responsible for supervising and mentoring staff, managing schedules, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, supportive, and positive environment. The Director collaborates with internal teams, leadership, and community partners to implement programs, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve services offered at the site.

Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to lead and supervise staff through coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.

• Experience with budget compliance, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in a human services field preferred.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the human services field required.
