The Director of Hartley oversees the day-to-day operations of the residential site, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents. This role is responsible for supervising and mentoring staff, managing schedules, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, supportive, and positive environment. The Director collaborates with internal teams, leadership, and community partners to implement programs, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve services offered at the site.
This job summary is not all-inclusive; other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the organization and the residential site.
Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead and supervise staff through coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
Experience with budget compliance, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in a human services field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the human services field required.
