This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving professional services adoption and revenue across enterprise accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to sales teams, managing the end-to-end services sales process while ensuring seamless collaboration with delivery teams. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence client success, grow services revenue, and enhance customer outcomes across multiple territories. Accountabilities- Lead professional services sales initiatives across multiple enterprise territories, working closely with Account Executives to identify and close services opportunities.
- Develop territory-specific plans including priority accounts, stakeholder maps, and pipeline strategies to drive bookings and client adoption.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for services-only opportunities, including proposal development, pricing negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping and smooth handover to delivery resources.
- Maintain strong client relationships during project delivery, proactively addressing risks, escalations, and follow-on opportunities.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly services bookings, ensuring pipeline accuracy in CRM tools.
- Represent the company externally, presenting solutions and value propositions to clients at multiple organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years managing a £3M+ annual professional services quota for enterprise clients, frequently closing deals above £100K.
- Strong consultative selling skills with proven ability to position complex solutions and deliver business value.
- Experience generating new business and building expansion pipelines through tailored outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enterprise solution delivery.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work on-site in London 1-3 days per week.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and technology tools to scale impact and efficiency.
