As Director Business Operations, you will oversee internal systems, IT infrastructure, and operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. - Lead internal operations and office IT functions, ensuring reliable infrastructure, smooth onboarding processes, and effective access management.
- Manage and optimize the organization’s SaaS ecosystem, including vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and cost efficiency.
- Drive compliance and governance initiatives, including GDPR processes, audit readiness, and internal policy implementation.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve workflows, productivity, and collaboration.
- Structure and manage organizational knowledge and data systems to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Commercial) to align operational strategies with business needs.
- Provide leadership with insights and reporting on system usage, operational performance, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in business operations, IT operations, internal systems, consulting, or audit—preferably within tech or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee internal systems in a global, distributed organization.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance, and operational best practices.
- Experience with process optimization, automation, or AI-driven tools is a plus.
- Analytical, structured, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
