This senior leadership role is responsible for defining, executing, and scaling global technology alliances to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The Head of Technology Partnerships will lead strategic ISV and enterprise software partnerships, managing both executive relationships and tactical initiatives. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring coordination across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure partnership success. The role offers the opportunity to influence multi-million-dollar deals, shape alliance strategy, and represent the organization at high-profile industry events. Ideal candidates are seasoned alliance professionals with a deep understanding of the enterprise software ecosystem, strong technical acumen, and a proven track record in building and scaling impactful partnerships.
- Develop and execute the ISV and enterprise technology partnerships strategy, identifying key partners and prioritizing joint initiatives with measurable objectives
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic technology partners, acting as the primary sponsor for alliance activities
- Drive alliance-sourced and influenced revenue, collaborating with sales leadership to create joint go-to-market plans and co-sell frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of alliance professionals, aligning internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Legal
- Establish operational governance, including KPI reporting, business reviews, and scalable processes for global partnerships
- Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, executive briefings, and conferences
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in senior leadership roles focused on alliance management or business development in enterprise software
- Proven success in scaling ISV marketplaces and multi-million-dollar technology partnerships
- Strong technical understanding of ERP, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create multi-year alliance strategies and influence across organizations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility at the C-level
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams of alliance or partnership professionals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with evolving priorities
