About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the project set up process in the accounting software (CMIC)
- Collaborate and assist projects with job cost maintenance.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and reports to help support the region.
- Assist in enhancing financial systems, processes, and controls to support the organizations goal of operational excellence.
- Ad hoc special projects and reports as the team identifies needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting.
- Desire to learn from and work with a high performing department
- Strong accounting, critical thinking, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Detail oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy
- Organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and interested in learning new software and systems
- Desire to learn and increase personal and professional development
