Member Service Rep at Sabine Federal Credit U – Bridge City, Texas

Sabine Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Member Service Representative I to join our Strickland Drive Branch location. This role is responsible for assisting members with their financial needs, providing exceptional service, and promoting the Credit Union’s products and services.

• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and handling debit and credit card needs.
• Resolve member inquiries, problems, or complaints with professionalism and care; escalate to supervisor when necessary with recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to enhance member relationships.
• Communicate with members in person and by phone to provide information about Credit Union offerings.
• Maintain accurate member account information in the computer system.
• Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor emails, complete required trainings, and stay informed on current promotions, products, and services.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in financial services.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
