This executive role is a key driver of global growth, overseeing international expansion and the operational infrastructure necessary to scale efficiently across multiple markets. You will define market entry strategies, build repeatable frameworks for launching new regions, and ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational standards are met. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, partnering across Growth, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to enable disciplined, scalable operations. You will oversee the operations function through senior managers, ensuring accountability, optimized processes, and high performance across channels. This position provides the opportunity to shape global operations, directly influence expansion strategy, and implement systems that support sustainable growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Lead international expansion strategy, including market selection, sequencing, and go-to-market planning
- Define operational readiness across logistics, regulatory, compliance, payments, and local partner coordination
- Ensure all new markets meet local regulations, labeling, and compliance requirements
- Develop a repeatable framework for launching and scaling global markets
- Oversee operational performance, identifying gaps and implementing systems and processes to enable efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Finance, and Legal to align priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs
- Set performance standards and ensure accountability across operational functions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or business operations in a high-growth consumer business
- Proven track record of leading international expansion and launching into new markets
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, logistics, retail, and product operations
- Experience managing teams through senior operators or functional leads
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable decisions
- Clear, structured communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with leadership
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in supplements, CPG, or regulated consumer products, and familiarity with Shopify or logistics platforms is a plus
- Experience scaling operations from early-stage through rapid growth is desirable
