Job SummaryThe Warehouse Office Coordinator supports warehouse, yard, and office operations to ensure field crews and customers receive the correct materials, tools, and equipment on time and in safe working condition. This role combines material requests, document control, customer service, order processing, and administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Track tools and equipment assigned to crews and projects; escalate missing or damaged items
- Perform or coordinate basic maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs
- Tag and remove unsafe or damaged equipment from service and maintain records
- Locate materials for the local branch and assist other branches when needed
- Assist with inventory spot checks, cycle counts, and processing returns
- Assist customers at the counter and enter rental/sales orders in BAS
- Convert quotes to rental orders and process daily credit card transactions
- Coordinate warehouse pickups and deliveries; arrange outgoing trucks for branch transfers
- Receive vendor deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
- Complete data entry for payroll timesheets, filing, postage, and general office tasks
- Reconcile monthly gas receipts and submit required documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, office, and storage environment
- 13 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, rental operations, or equipment support
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials preferred
- Experience with inventory control systems or manual tracking processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with data entry, orderentry systems (such as BAS), and basic office tasks
