Schedule: Monday Friday (Regular overtime 5070 hours; Saturdays voluntary)
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid, Non-Restricted Drivers License

How You Will Make an ImpactLead the installation of complex residential electrical systems, ensuring all work meets new construction specifications and quality standards.
Execute precision rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installations with a high level of attention to detail and technical accuracy.
Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide the crew through daily project milestones.
Conduct rigorous quality inspections and complete punch lists to ensure every project is move-in ready and code-compliant.
Oversee job site organization and safety protocols to maintain a productive and hazard-free environment for the entire team.
Collaborate with Field Operations supervisors to manage project schedules and meet demanding deadlines during peak construction phases.
Mentor junior crew members by demonstrating best practices in electrical trade procedures and professional work ethic.
Minimum of 5+ years of professional electrical experience with a consistent and dependable work history.
Proven ability to read and accurately interpret complex blueprints and residential construction drawings.
In-depth knowledge of current electrical codes, safety standards, and modern trade practices.
Physical capability to perform manual labor in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Commitment to working regular overtime hours to support project completion and team productivity.
Completion of a recognized Electrician Trade Program or a relevant Technical Certification.
Prior experience leading small crews or managing specific phases of large-scale residential projects.
Exposure to commercial-level electrical systems and advanced wiring methods.
