The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional, high-end dining experience. This position supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading front-of-house teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring every guest receives attentive, refined, and memorable service. • Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in upscale or fine-dining environments
