Maintenance Technician – Apartments

KRS Holdings is hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician to work at our apartment communities in the Richmond area. We’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and ready to work. HVAC experience is a plus.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
On-call rotation for emergencies

What You’ll Do:

• Electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs

• Flooring, drywall, doors, locks, and lighting

• Make-ready apartments for new move-ins

• Move appliances and remove abandoned items

• Help keep grounds clean and safe

Requirements:

• 3+ years maintenance or construction experience

• Own tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable truck

• Must pass background check and drug screen
