• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid HVAC certifications and licenses as required by state and local regulations.
• Willingness to participate in both service and installation projects as the market develops.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
